I assist in the development of girls and boys with their basketball skills - shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding and defense. These camps immerse you in the sport, giving you the kind of focused, intensive training that is essential to improvement. Over the course of the camp week, your self-confidence will grow along with your skills and overall appreciation of the game.
Leadership, teamwork, creativity, dedication, preparation, and maximized effort are a few key principles upon which the VMG's philosophy has been established. VMG strongly believes in and supports the motto of "Perfect Practice Makes Perfect!"
Basketball Training: A session is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
